alese morgan - Is this class full yet? I’m contemplating taking this course. I’m a newbie attempting to branch into photography but I recently lost my job after 8 years so funds are short. I’ll be visiting my father in Vegas around this same time frame. I LOVE SCOTT ROBERT LIM after seeing portions of his Creative Live segment. If I were to invest in this course, what could 4 hours truly do for me? What would i come away with that I couldn’t get from his courses online? I truly would be honored to go but I have to be conservative with my current cash flow haha

admin - When you view a video, the learning is limited…. A) it is only one way so I can not custom fit the learning to YOU for maximum learning. You can’t ask a question if you don’t understand etc. B) I make it look easy, but real world skills are hard to master and with an expert right by your side, I can correct issues it may take you YEARS to self correct. c) The video shows only one shooting environment but during a live shoot there may be 10 ways to slice a pie but see my thought and decision process. This is invaluable info that you can’t get from a video because the video is like looking thru tunnel vision. A real live shooting session, there are sooooo many choices, you see how a master photographer goes thru the thought process and how they quickly assess a solution. The master photographer may also show you alternative solutions depending on vision and what the photographer wants to accomplish. d) get connected into a community where photographers can gain new ideas and insights on not only photography techniques but business and marketing ideas and tips!

It is hard to grasp the value of a truly great workshop if one has never experienced one. Good education is not cheap, the average cost of a college education is $150,000 so to get expert help and guidance from a world class educator is priceless in many instances.
