- Set Camera in Manual Mode
- Keep shutter below 1/200
- Use a flash with manual control (Strobie 130)
- Use a wireless trigger system (Tiny Trigger Set)
To vary distance use the Inverse Square Law- If you half the distance to the subject, reduce flash power by two stops, if you double the distance to the subject or add a diffuser like a shoot through umbrella add two more stops of power.
